Mark comes with 13+ years of global franchising experience, 11 of which served in the United States as Chief Technology & Training Officer followed by Chief Executive Officer for North America, Latin America and Canada. With a core skillset across change management and team leadership, Mark recently led the successful business model pivot turning a predominantly B2C orientated business into a successful B2B focused franchise.

Holding extensive experience in FTSE 100, privately owned and PE (plus franchise) backed businesses across the hospitality and Leisure sectors, John brings a wealth of knowledge to énergie. Prior to taking on the role of Group Finance Director, John headed up the finance departments for both Riley’s Sports Bars and TGI Fridays, contributing to TGI Fridays being voted the best company to work in the UK in 2015.

Peter Croney is an entrepreneur with a successful track record in owning and building businesses in the corporate retailing and leisure sectors. A strategic thinker with decades of commercial experience Peter has been the architect of Energie franchise sales and development strategy since 2006.

Eve is a senior lawyer with a wealth of experience in the areas of commercial property, contracts, corporate governance and dispute resolution. She joins the team after 10 years with EE and Three, prior to which she has supported the likes of BP, the BBC and T-Mobile to achieve their aims. She provides strategic advice, guidance and a hands on, practical approach to both operational and aspirational goals of the company.
